I just ordered two pizzes for the first time online. In the past, I have always ordered over the telephone. I expected the total to be discounted by 20% but it wasn’t. So is the discount meant to apply for the first ever order or for the first online order? It does statte “Order Online and receive 20% discount on delivery for your first order at Christo’s!” So it’s a little ambiguous.
The pizzas are meant to arrive at 7.30pm and I’d like to know beforehand so that there won’t be any hassles re the figure.

Yes,I do apologise about what happened the other night with your first time delivery discount. If you are already in our database we assume that you are not a first time user. Yes it is a bit of a glitch in our system that we will try to rectify.
